As part of the Arizona Suicide Prevention 10th Annual HOPE Conference we offered the following two additional training opportunities as part of the Pre-Conference.  These programs have separate fees.

Transformational Learning: Embracing our Foundational Beliefs, Building our Competencies, and Collaborating Towards Sustainability

Tuesday, October 24th, 2017
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MONDAY, October 2, 2017

This year we will be addressing specific ares for skill-building, sustainability, collaboration, and support.  Trainers of both ASIST and safeTALK are welcome!  The format will be a mi of plenary (whole group) and breakout (small group) sessions, and topics are coming directly from the results of the AZSPC Training Network Survey and from some of the latest and greatest from LivingWorks.  We will be looking at fundamental beliefs and how they can guide us in the decisions we make every day as  trainers, from dealing with challenging questions from our participants to quality improvement concerns and so much more.  We are looking forward to seeing you there!

Suicide to Hope provides a sequel to Suicide first-Aid training that compliments and enhances management, treatment and therapy by framing them with a recovery and growth perspective.

Purpose: To strengthen hope by aiding recovery and growth in persons with previous suicide experiences who are currently safe.

Participants: Clinicians and other professionals helping people understand and work through their suicide experiences towards a better quality of life

$225 per person – Price includes the $85 licensing fee, breakfast, lunch and snacks.
